How to publish in a top journal

As in previous editions of the ICLC, this session gives early-career reseachers the opportunity for an exchange with members of the editorial board of two of the most established journals in cognitive linguistics, «Cognitive Linguistics» (de Gruyter) and «Language and Cognition» (Cambridge University Press). The panelists will give an overview of the aims and scope of the two journals and discuss what characterizes a paper that is a good fit to one of the two journals. They will also highlight common mistakes, and there will be the opportunity to ask questions about all aspects of the
publishing process.
The session is free and will last approximately 60 minutes.
